From February 8 – 11, Macaw Kakau hosted its first ever craft chocolate workshop. Our instructor, Obie Pressman, of Seattle, WA, led participants from the United States, Brazil Belgium and Canada through every step of the chocolate making process: from cultivation to finished bar.
