Reservation Policies

Reservation Policies Terms

All reservations must be made through the reservations department in writing, by email, specifying the services required
All reservations require the name of the client and other relevant information of the person due to the stay at the lodge including food restrictions and estimated arrival time.
Upon arrival at the lodge, the client must present a reservation confirmation. The lodge will offer all the services stipulated in the document.
Reservations require full payment in advance.

Payment Policies

High Season: From December 16th to April 30th.
Individual: All reservations must be prepaid at least 14 days before arrival date.

Low Season: From May 01 to December 15th.
Individual: Payment for the total amount 7 days before the arrival date.

Christmas & New Year: Non refundable.

Cancellation Policies

High Season: No penalty applies if booking is canceled 14 days prior to arrival

Low Season: No penalty applies if booking is canceled 7 days prior to arrival

Important: Cancellations or changes made after those dates are subject to a hotel fee equal to 100 % of the total stay.

Policies for Children

Children under 12 years old are not accepted (we could make specific exceptions)
7 to 11 years old pay only food (as long as they share the same room with their parents when there is an exception from our hotel)
$ 10 breakfast
$ 12 lunch
$ 12 dinner
12 years and older will pay adult rate.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made in cash, by credit card or through bank deposit.
When payment is made through deposit, the reservation is considered as guaranteed only when the reservations department receives a copy of the fax or mail of the deposit with the reservation number and the date of entry. Otherwise, the lodge is not responsible for cancellations
CHECK IN TIME 2:00 PM. DEPARTURE TIME: 12:00 AM.

Regulation
